Q: How do I contact a pharmacist after business hours?
A: Please call 1-800-South-Rx and hit "7". You will speak to a live operation. Our pharmacist on-call will call you back very quickly.

Q: Where is Southern Pharmacy located?
A: We have two locations. One is located in Pink Hill which is centrally located between Greenville, Jacksonville and Wilmington in Eastern NC. The other is in Kernersville northeast of Winston-Salem.

Orders

Q: What are order cut off times?
A: Your cut off times are 2pm for Refills and 5pm for New Orders. If you need a refill between 2pm-6pm or a new order between 5pm-6pm to be sent that night, then please call us!

Q: Will I receive my order tonight?
A: Absolutely! If we receive your order by our cut off times, then you will receive the medication tonight.
