Because we are an independent pharmacy, customer service is our number one priority. When joining Southern Pharmacy, we provide fax machines, new medication carts, and new treatment carts for the facility. Due to our 30-day non-binding contracts with our facilities, we must keep our customers happy. This puts greater pressure on the Southern Pharmacy staff to ensure that we are meeting all the needs of your facility every day. Geriatric pharmacists, nurse consultants, certified pharmacy technicians, customer service representatives, delivery drivers and our experienced billing team, provide immediate problem resolution. Our employees take pride in going above and beyond to meet our customers needs!
